uStay accommodation
With over 500 residents, uStay is the largest privately owned and operated student residence in Wellington. The design of the buildings, range of accommodation types and supporting facilities deliver a choice of living styles.
The name uStay signifies you are in the heart of a dynamic urban area whilst facing the challenges of studying in a university environment.
The management team includes a Village Manager and Resident Life Co-ordinator. They are assisted by a support team of trained Residential Assistants, all of whom live on site and are responsible for key groups of students.
The Residential Assistants are all senior students who assist in encouraging the growth of intellectual, cultural and community interests within uStay, as well as maintaining acceptable standards of behaviour.
The wider uStay support team encompasses reception, office, security and catering. UStay’s goals are to:
